There will be over 45 vendors on December 15th, 2019 from 10am - 4pm.
Will there be food?
Yes, there will be seasonal snacks and drinks.
Why is there a vendor fee?
Proceeds from vendor fees and application fees go directly towards supporting the beautiful, historic, non-profit Tarrytown Music Hall. For more information on the Tarrytown Music Hall and their mission click here. The cost to participate is $100 per table.
What is provided with my vendor fee?
A 6ft table and 2 chairs will be provided to you.
Am I required to have event insurance?
Yes. We require to be listed as an additional insured on your policy. If you need 1 day insurance more information can be found here: https://www.actinsurance.com/.
How do I apply as a vendor?
Vendor can apply from the bottom of this page. Any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to email us.
Is there a deadline to apply?
Yes, the application deadline is August 20th, 2019. All vendors will be notified by September 1st. If you missed the application deadline, we encourage you to apply to be on the wait list.
Is the space handicap accessible?
Unfortunately, not completely. The theater lobby, orchestra and restrooms are handicap accessible but the stage and studio space are not. The Music Hall is a 132 year old building with historical challenges and is not equipped with an elevator. For further accessibility questions please email us.
What types of vendors do you accept?
The Music Hall Market is a juried event, we are looking for handmade, vintage, local/regional artists & makers and pop-up shops. Not sure if you are a good fit but have a unique product? We encourage you to apply or send us an email.
Where is the Tarrytown Music Hall located?
The Music Hall is located at 13 Main Street, in Tarrytown, NY. Easily accessible from the the Metro North. Directions can be found here.
Where do we park?
There is ample street parking and municipal parking lots. Meters run until 6pm. More information about parking can be found here.
Will there be a public restroom?

Yes, electricity is available to vendors upon request.
Is there wifi?
Yes, wifi will be available to vendors during the market.
When do we load-in and when can we break-down?
Load-in will be from 7:30am - 9:30am on Sunday and break-down will begin at 4pm on Sunday. Event staff will be available to assist with vendor load in/load out.
