VENDOR INFOMATION

We’re so excited you will be joining us on Sunday December 15th for The Music Hall Holiday Market! Here are a few event details: 

Location for GPS:

Tarrytown Music Hall - 13 Main Street, Tarrytown NY 10591.

What is provided?

A 6ft table and 2 chairs will be provided for you. If anyone prefers to bring their own table, please let us know.

Load in:

Load-in will begin at 7:30am and run until 9:30am. There will be 4 bagged meter spots in front of the theater (Red bags that say no parking but this is our loading zone). I will be outside of the theater with our stage crew to assist. The building is 134 years old and has its historical challenges (i.e. no elevator) but our stage crew will be there to help carry everyone’s things to their assigned places.  

We ask that you unload your car in front of the theater and find parking once you are unloaded. A parking map can be found here (http://tarrytownmusichall.org/parking/) and all street parking is free for the month of December.

Electricity:

If anyone needs electricity, please let me know and we will have that ready for you when you arrive and we will do our best to accommodate. 

Wifi:

The wifi details will be emailed to you prior to the event. 

Day of show contact info:

Will be provided closer to the event 

Load out:

Break down will begin at 4:00pm on Sunday and the stage crew will be back at this time to assist with load out.

Raffle:

As a reminder, anyone who donates an item to the raffle will be entered for a chance to win 2 tickets to a Music Hall show of their choice in 2019/2020! We will be drawing the winning market vendor on the 15th. Let us know if you will be dropping off an item when you arrive for the market, so we can promote it on social media.

NEW THIS YEAR! Tote Bags:

The Music Hall will have 250 tote bags at the event. We encourage you to send us business cards/coupons/anything that will lead customers back to your website after the event.  If you would like us to include something, please mail them to address below or drop them off at the Music Hall box office during box office hours by 12/1.
